Charles Burgess, Leadership Specialist with CPAS.

Ordained after a long career in the military, Charles lives within the diocese where his wife is a parish vicar. He will be helping us to think about our roles as leaders as we enter into this post-COVID recovery phase: exploring the key issues we need to be thinking about so that, on the one hand, we manage the recovery well but on the other hand, ensuring we discern what God may be saying/doing, and in that ensuring we don’t lose sight of the missional opportunities.
